Claudia Fugazza lives in Italy and is completing her PhD research in the field of social learning in dogs
at Eotvos Lorand University in Budapest, Hungary.

Claudia's book has given dog owners a wonderful new way to communicate with their dogs. It's clear and concise. Follow her clear training protocol and your dog will impress you with her new skills.

Interesting content but included DVD wouldn't play

Interesting book, and I'm glad I read it. The reason for the 3 star review is because the DVD it came with would not play. I tried it on two different DVD players. One just popped it out without any type of message. The other said "Playback prohibited by area limitations." Tried multiple times, and couldn't get beyond that message. It would have been nice to watch the video to help the text sink in more.

It is so much fun to work on these skills with my dogs. I am going to be impressing the heck out of my friends very shortly! The DVD with examples is very helpful! Worth every penny!!
