Loved Thomas! A fun, emotional and steamy read!

Loved Thomas! Thomas's mate literally runs right into him. Pamala is caught in a crowd with a vampire hot on her boots when she runs into a large lycan male and asks for help. Pablo catches up, spouts some smack, than takes off. Pamala is not happy with her Beta mate and is beyond snarky about it. OUCH!, I really felt sorry for Thomas. Dean and Jem finally mate. Pablo finally gets what he deserves. Bartholomew is really shaken by the recent events and near losses to his Pack and wants to distance himself, maybe even disappear, that is until Dean's sister shows up. Deanna, is going to make life intresting for the very old Vampire! A fun, emotional and steamy read!

Dean and Jem finally mate after she really gives him the runaround. I have to admit I love adding bear shifters to this mix! :) Thomas finds his mate...err...she actually finds him when she ran into him literally and asks for his protection after Pablo is after her. Pamela's thankful but wants to move on and keep running. Not sure why she would think she's in the clear with that vampire. She's totally stubborn and not very nice to Thomas and honestly he's not nice back a couple times. Not his fault really she really does some humdingers on him. Ha. Pablo gets his though...he was too cocky for his own good. Bart kinda freaks because he has been very close with the pack. He's a part of it and Jem being so close to death and like a daughter to him really rattled him and he felt he needed to distance himself. I dont blame him but thats not the answer. However, his answer DOES come into the form of Dean's sister Deanna. Oh...Bart is there to stay. Great ending!

This is Jim Carrington's second novel. He is a teacher and lives with his family in Raynes Park, south-west London. His first novel, Inside My Head, has been nominated for the Carnegie Medal 2011.

A Good Quick Read, What Would You Do if You Found a Bag of Money?

In the Bag has two dim-witted small town English teenage boys faced with the age old question, if you found a bag full of money, would you take it to the police, or keep it for yourself. Wouldn't be much of a story if they just handed it in of course, and Joe and Ash decide to keep the bag with 20 grand and a large bag of marijuana for themselves. However neither is particularly bright, and both like to binge drink, it's not long before both are spending the money on stuff that is pretty obvious to everyone else around them they can't afford. However this will just be the tip of their iceberg of stupidity.

In the Bag is a well written fast paced read. Although the two main characters are a bit stupid and their uttering the line "All Right (insert other character's name including their parents here)" when they meet them each time becomes a bit annoying after a while. Their stupidity does allow the story, especially the developments near the end to work. It's written in first person narrative through both Joe and Ash's eyes, so at times it's a bit confusing which of the two very similar boys eyes we're supposed to be looking through. The well written supporting characters of Rabbit, and each boy's family along with their family internal problems also help to make the story more believable, however the criminals who left the bag's stupidity gets even more ridiculous than the boys' at times.

I like the pictures and basic ideas. That's about it. This book is lacking in understandable directions and skips steps. It also requires you to purchase templates from other companies if you want to actually do the project in the book. It only provides a few templates at the back. I priced one template at $20 (it came with two other templates) on the recommended website. That is more than I paid for the book! It could have provided the measurements rather than refer you to something you have to go buy. I am disappointed.

I have only made a few of the cards from the book so far, and they came out nice.
I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because some of the directions were not clear and I had to re-do a couple of the
steps again. I have not seen book #1 so don't know how this one compares to it.
Still I would recommend it to a friend.

There are so many great tutorials online at no cost to make these kinds of cards so you don't have to buy this book but it is handy to have the instructions written down that you can keep right next to you without having to drag your laptop to your craft table. I was hoping for many more types of interactive cards, the selection was limited and I didn't like them all.
